New PvP area, HA for rank 3 and less
i've been hearing alot about "Rank Superiority" R9 party LF monk, that sort of thing, anything under rank 3 is considered a n00b or that, which is pretty fair, if your exp. and in an exp. team you would want somone exp. over a first timer.
so i propose a HA training area, really just HA but with rank 3 and under.
so they get a feel for it, and since its account wide title, it cant be abused, (unlesss you have more then 1 account but still youy wouldnt last long there, getting to rank 4 and that).
it would reward regular fame, and help the progression of the player.
we have ascalon and shiverpeaks , which are like a ra training area, so why not a HA training area.
can be accessed by rank 3+ but they cant enter.
maybe if there was enough people there could be a rank 3 or lower halls,of corsed rewards scaled down alot, but just to get them interested and to get the exp. of it.
if players learn from this way they may move away from "cheap builds" like former ritspike and such and form more balanced teams.

Rank Discrimination = Fail
What if i was a secret R12 with 2 accounts and switched to my other account, and then no one wanted to party up because they all thought i was "noob"
Ridiculous

well idk, i think everyone is on the same page as me as ehhhh maybe, i would say a good percentage of GwG members that post in sardelac are r3+ cause really once you hit r3 is when you start caring about balance :P j/k.
but yes this would be kinda nice to get newer players used to ha BUT this would not be good for when they get thrown into the real ha cause they will not be ready for the really organized builds from r9+ groups a will fail hard, the only thing this will help with is giving non-ranked players a chance to get ranked.....
/idk lol

why not just make the "hero" title viewable from tier 1?
that way itll be easier to find how exp someone is.
however,/notsigned
